Default 00 Chrysler Town Country wheel/tire comparability

Ok, this may sound elementary! I have a 00 Dodge Caravan 3.3L and a 00 Chrysler Town and Country 3.8L. The Chrysler is dying and I just put new tires on it. The Chrysler has 16" wheels and the Dodge has 15" wheels. Would there be a problem switching the Chrysler to the Dodge. I have measured the wheel wells and they seem to be the same. I've read about tire size and rubbing but when I compare the two cars, everything seems to be the same. Thanks for any help or direction. Tire sizes Chrysler 215 65/R 16 Dodge 215 65/R 15

The rims and tires will interchange between the 2 vans. The only thing to watch for is the rolling diameter of the tires, that could throw off the speedometer readings.
