Default 2005 chrysler t&c 3.3l still overheating

My boyfriend and I have changed the radiator, thermostat, valve cover gaskets, Oil pan gasket, oil, oilfliter, coolant, and radiator cap, and car is still over heating. It's not getting enough pressure somewhere not sure what it is but going crazy. We do know the heater doesn't work only on high in the back and it doesn't feel completely hot. Any suggestions please this is our only vehicle..

sound like a blown headgasket or a crack head and you get air in the system sometimes you can hear the airbubbles in the cabin when you start the engine . or you can see the bubbles in the radiator or in expansion tank weile engine running warming up.

Or your waterpump impeller is broken som of thise models got a plastic impeller and brakes over time. This could course overheating and no heat inside.

Hi, I've heard of this happening before and it is usually the water pump. For some reason 2001 through 2007 3.3 and 3.8's have an issue with the impeller seperating from the shaft. Thus no water flow. As for the rear heat working if I remember correctly there is a secondary electric assister pump which serves that circuit so you do still see a small amount of circulation, just not enough to coll the engine.

When we bought out 2005 3.3 in January 2014, one of the first jobs was to locate a water leak, which turned out to be the water pump gasket so thankfully we took it off - because the pump impeller was trashed!!! Blades were broken! But it wasn't noisy....... Wierd.

It would only be noisy if the bearing was gone , offen by the mileage or if shaftseal is leaking and the hot coolant/steam will wash out the grease in bearing over time. Not througe the bearing course there is a leak hold between bearing and seal . So if there is coolant on the ground it's time to visit the dealer before some thing bad will happend.
