Default 2005 chrysler town and country with codes p0700 and p0882

So my 2005 town and country has been having issues for a while now starting with it not starting which we checked the battery and alternator with turned out fine, so we figured it was the starter, it started again and then it would stop starting again. So i opened the fuse panel area took out the fuses and checked the connections with a voltmeter and everything was fine, after I plugged everything back in the van was in limp/safe mode. None of the fuses were burned out and we replaced the starter relay as well. Since then it has started when it was to, we got it to start a few days ago and were able to get the codes p0882 and p0700. I got the battery tested and did a load test which turned out fine. I just tried to replace the eatx safety relay with the horn relay to see if that was the problem and it wouldn't start, i switched it back to see if it would start back up in the original position that it was in and it still won't start. I am at a loss. It has started fine for 5 days now and all of a sudden nothing. The lights and everything come on but won't turn over, i know its not the battery starter alternator or battery cables. Clearly am looking for answers.
