P0304 code misfire Cylinder 4

Local Dealer is saying it needs a Left side Cylinder Head and nobody has one. 4500 on back order. Second major problem with low miles. First problem was P0301 Broken Arms
replace all lifters on right cylinder head. Camshaft intake, camshaft exhaust, arm valve, tappet valve lash, gasket cylinder head cover, gasket intake plenum, rocker arms. Now this
What do I do?

 

I had a similar issue. Turns out the ignition coil had a pin hole. I replaced all the spark plugs and ignition coils. Super easy I think it cost me $40.00 in Mopar Parts.

 

Thanks!! But Changed all ignition coil and sparks and it’s at dealership now needs a new left cylinder head and 4500 on back order and no date to get this part in. Very Frustrating!!
