Unhappy Hi all! newbie needing second opinion !

Hi all, I REALLY hope there is someone out there who can help me?
I have a 2001 CRD 2.5 diesel with 92000 on the clock, thats throwing up the good old P1130 code,
now, ive been through all the threads relating to this, and i can tell you what i have done to try and correct this, here goes!

Changed fuel filter, checked housing for leaks.

Checked in tank pump and filter, all good.

Checked all fuel lines, replaced the section from the top of the engine to the H/P pump with clear, no air bubbles.

Checked voltage from fuel pressure sensor 1.19v at idle,2.31 at 3,000 rpm, i have changed the sensor for a new one and these readings are from that.

Bosh refurbed injectors, the old ones took a 20ton hydraulic jack to remove

and its STILL stalling under heavy throttle openings or under load and P1130 keeps coming up.

the only thing i can think of now is the H/P pump itself if so, how easy is it to change? has anyone got a manual for this? if so can i borrow please!!!! grovel grovel as finding one that covers the crd engines has proved impossible!

if there is anyone that can help i would be eternally grateful as i really like the old girl and would hate to get rid.

Ah ha! could it be the lift pump thats part of the filter housing? as when its operating you can hear a noticeable whine/buzz type noise from inside the car thats quite loud

Just got to say that this fault of cutting out under load is not new on this forum and if you read back you may get the answer.

Go back to page 3 under 2008 Voyager cuts out when accelerating. Yes right enough P1130 relates to fuel rail pressure fault, not enough pressure on rail under acceleration. Fuel filter housing with internal heater was always the fault but you seem to have sussed that. But in this instance flb (think) found wire 60 from ECU to fuel rail with high resistance. Give it a read as he went through everything....
