Default Neat fuel from exhaust.

My 2003 voyager 3.3 has neat fuel running from the exhaust.
Its on number 3 cylinder (centre rear) I've changed the plugs and leads and tested the coil output and all is well,so the only thing i can think of is that the injector is stuck open.
Has anyone else had this.??
Does this sound like a reasonable explanation.

Problem solved.
The wiring loom for the injectors comes out from under the manifold and makes a sharp turn agains the cylinder head, the heat from the head has slowly turned the wiring loom to a blob of melted plastic allowing all the wires to short out.
It must of been in this position from new as it snaps into a cable clamp mounted on the side of the head.
ive seperated each wire and bound it with insulating tape and it now purrs like a ***** cat.

Common topic on several forums but the best picture I've seen of the resulting damage due to a poor design by Chrysler. Thanks for posting it.
