I have a cylinder 4 misfire on my 2014 Chrysler town and country.

I have a check engine light with a code P0304 and that is the only code showing.

The only symptom I have noticed is there is a sight shake when at a stop, or when driving below 5 mph.

I replaced the coil and spark plug on cylinder 4, and initially thought the issue was fixed but after driving it a little the shake came back and the light came back on.

Any ideas on what could cause this, or how to troubleshoot the issue?

check compression in number 4 and others. What is the fuel trim for that bank? are you feeing the miss or just the lite comes on?

 

thanks for your reply. Ill get the compression checked. To be honest I’m not sure what fuel trim even is, it feels normal when first driving it, but after a while you can feel it start to shake when breaking, and accelerating but only at the lower speeds.

im not sure if the shake counts as feeling the misfire but that’s all I can feel that’s off
