Smile TIPM problems?

I have a 2006 Chrysler t&c I changed out the TIPM module with a used one. it had the same part# on it as the old one. I installed it, then did a hard reset for at least 24. now when I go to start it the tach, and speedo goes to the max & return to normal. the lights in the dash come on then go off. after this, it works normally.
I don't know what the problem is.
thanks for any help

Default tipm

I have found more problems. the headlights do not work unless the key is turned on. the battery light comes on above 3000. even with the battery light on it starts charging aging at 1800.
I have done voltage drop tests on both the pos & neg cables & checked all of the wirings that I could. parts that have been put on, two alternators, fan belt & tensioners, new battery, a rebuilt pcm vin matched, and a used tipm.done a hard reset for over 24 hrs. none of this has changed the problem of not charging above 3000 & starting & to charge again at 1800
this is just weird
thank for any help

Hello BROKENXX , I can't help you right at the moment , but I'm sure that you are aware that We as Chysler owners have an electrical nightmare to go through on a regular basis I used to run my own trucking company , with between 4/6 vehicles and had to mainly fix most problems .This was in 80's ,90's and early 2000's . Electrical problems , I soon learned if it wasn't a bulb , fuse , broken wire or something simple , get "The Man" in .However now with all these electronics , most cannot afford "The Man" and it takes some real hard researching or "An Angel" on a sight like this . I hope your Angel pops up ! Regards Malcolm .

I went to this suite,https://verticalvisions.com/en/tipm-...ay-system.html the only list parts for 2007 up. I am working on a 2006 Chrysler t&c. they do not say that my problem is caused by the TIPM
