I have 98 T & C chrysler. There is a small beep or some might call it a chime that beeps once every min. The beeps continues even if the car is turn off and key removed and doors are locked. It appears to be coming for steering column or near it. There are no other indicators on, or problems except the front Cig. lighter dosen't work. Please help Don
