Hi everyone! Thanks for having me. Wife and I just bought a 2014 T&C and from what I can tell on the Chrysler site it's a Touring-L model. We just had a newborn girl; and the van is a 1-year old rental with 30,000km on it for a good price. We're both pretty excited to pick it up in a couple days! However one of the things we discovered is that the uConnect (whatever version it is) appears to be disabled in some shape or form. The van advertises that it has it but when we click the phone button to pair a phone via Bluetooth on the radio it says "uConnect unavailable". Given that we both use Bluetooth frequently in our current vehicles to make and receive phone calls and stream music from our phones, this is rather problematic.
My question is, is this something that was simply disabled and a dealer would be able to make it functional, or is it completely left out and we're S.O.L.?
