Default what is needed for cruise control

Hi,

I'm the lucky owner of an Dodge Ram Van. Equivalant of the Chrysler Voyager 2. My car do not have Cruise Control. I've tested a steering wheel with CC keys. Now light up the CRUISE lamp by making contact for few seconds. When driving the car I press the ON/OFF button, the CRUISE light blinks. When I press the SET key, the light goes off and blinks not up by pressing the ON/OFF key again.

Which components do I need for working the CC correct?

Thanks!

Greetz Harm
