Your pressures on high said are way off they should be around 250 300 easy so either a compressor h block or dryer not allowing pressure to reach is potential.

What do you think about the mode control/vent control valves? It would help her a lot if I could just get it so it didn't blow hot air into the passenger side. Then I could figure out how to get the air blowing ice cold.
