Default 3.5 300 crank and cam spec

I recently got the timing belt changed and now my car stumbles at idle I took it back and they said everything's lined up and that it wouldn't start if it was off. So I hooked my scan took up to it and it says the cam and crank sensor are off by 2.5 degrees is this within the spec of the engine? Has anyone had the same issue?
