brandonrife- Did you already try this:
Turn van on
Press in both the volume and the browse/enter buttons for 20 seconds

Ours went out once too and I found this thread and it worked! The dealer didn't even know about this reset/reboot option! Good luck!

Sorry to hear that your dealer interaction played out like that! I'd like to look into this for you. Can you send us a private message with more details and your VIN, please?

Thanks in advance,

Courtney

Dear Chrysler Cares,

Make it a project to contact the people who write the manuals and tell them to include the above reset procedure in the owners manual and shop manual. This shouldn't be a secret.

Hi @dcotter0579 to do a soft reset of your Uconnect system-
  1. 1) Put your vehicle into the accessories mode (ACC or RUN) For keyless start (push-button) vehicles: push the start button twice without having your foot on the gas or brake pedal
  2. Hold down the Phone and voice recognition buttons (or tuner and volume ****), at the same time, for thirty seconds.
  3. Let go of the buttons
  4. Turn the vehicle off
  5. Open driver’s side door for thirty seconds (or until dash illumination goes black)
  6. Close door
  7. Restart vehicle
  8. Let the media center load up and see if the concern is still present
If you'd like to formally submit feedback, you're more than welcome to send us a private message so we can collect more details from you.
@Kemmysi please send us a private message with more details about the symptoms you have been experiencing, along with your VIN, so we can look into your situation for you.

Thanks in advance,

Courtney

My screen went black, nothing. I followed your advice and held the volume button and browser button down for 30 seconds. It came back on. It works like a charm. Thanks so much. I had visions of taking my Chrysler to the dealer, but now I don't have to.
