why are you ordering a PCM?
before spending another dime, why not spend some time TESTING the wiring to make sure it's intact?

get a copy of the service manual.
start mapping out the wires from the ECU to the O2 sensors.

with both of them showing "high", I'd start tracing from the ground point back to the sensor.

I'd also check C102 and make sure it's connected.

Hi there all. I did trace the wires. However I do have a question. When I took the old cat off. There was a ground wire connected to it that had rusted off. Yet there was part of a braded ground on it. It was not attached do to the fact that it had rusted. I plan on replacing that and putting a clamp on it to secure it to the exhaust pipe... Any thoughts?

I was going to ask if you cleaned all the grounds? There are two in the engine bay on the drivers side wall by the airbox (one 13mm, one 15mm), one on the back of the starter (15mm), two on the passenger side (one by the top engine mount (I think that's a 10mm) that goes to behind the engine (13mm long bolt)), one on the passenger side wall behind the A/C lines. Give all the connections a good cleaning with scotchbrite pad or high grit sandpaper. You want the connections to be nice and shiny. Take a wire brush and clean all the bolts you just took out. For the connections bolted to the walls, sand the contact points to bare metal so they have a clean contact.

Since you pretty much changed everything possible, it wouldn't hurt to make sure your electric maintains a complete circuit at all times.

Good luck
