Hello everyone, hoping someone could direct me in what to look for with this problem. The rear hatch on our 2011 town and country is now not working with the key fob or the buttons in the vehicle, if opened by hand and then push the button to close it will start to go down a bit then jerk up and down three times and go back up? not sure if there is a relay im missing somewhere or maybe a safety switch or something like that. I will also try and post a video of the problem as well. hmmmmm sorry my mp4 vid will not post, If someone knows what this problem is please advise. Thank you
