Default 98 gr,voy fuel issue

I have a 98 ply grand voyager with a 3.3l and flex fuel. It will start and run fine until I take the highway then it will lose power the harder you push on the accelerator and eventually stall and will not start for a couple of days. Let it sit for that period of time and it will start and be fine again. It keeps doing it every few days. I also noticed I'm getting air in my fuel rail but has no gas leaks.Any info is greatly appreciated.
