Yes very near, and in fact these S1170 - Rack Fixing Captive Nut - PENN ELCOM | eBay
are even closer, but without the tags on each end fiting the fixings to the side covers is still a game.

Somewhere there will be a supplier who does make those fixings (as Chysler certainly doesn't make them) but finding who that is, is difficult.

those are standard cage nuts, meant for fitting in 19" racking systems. Can you not adapt something? if not your only shot will be a main dealer.

Maybe, but first of all I think I'll pull one of the side panels off and see if I can tap the threads out to 8mm which in Nylon shouldn't be that hard, then use 8mm bolts, noting that I have tried to 'do it right' but a 'near fix' is good enough for me.
