We are experiencing a screen delamination on our '18 Chrysler 300. Chrysler has shut me down on cases. I received 2 case numbers and both have been closed. Since there are so many having this same issue, Chrysler needs to have a recall. I'm going to pay out of pocket because although the mileage was not out of warranty, the date was. The dealership we are working with quoted me $847 or something like that to replace ours with a remanufactured one. Chrysler needs to recall and reimburse all costs. We had to drive over an hour to the dealership just for them to look at the screen and say, "Yep, it's delaminating.", so they could call Chrysler and give them our case number. When they called, they found our case number was closed by Chrysler. Attention Chrysler: look at how many people are having this same issue. Recall.

 

I am starting to see a big bubble at the top of my touch screen too and it is getting worse. I see a lot of people are having the same problem as I do. What is Chrysler is doing to help us out? My car just turned 40,000 miles and I keep in in the garage. I would like to get this fixed before everything becomes inoperable with the touch screen.

 

I have never received any help from Chrysler regarding this situation. Chrysler should be recalling these.

 

what can be done for my 2017 Chrysler 300 S and the screen delamination. This seems to be a major problem from all of the other information that I am reading

 

my car is not under warranty and since the information screen runs more than just the radio, this seems like a safety hazard to me. I want this fixed!
