Bogus Infotainment Radio scam
I have owned Mopars for 45 years. After this ignoring of my dis-functioning radios in both my 2018 Challenger and 2018 300S I will purchase my first Chevrolet. Only because the dealer and Chrysler ignore the shafting they are giving their customers with this.

2017 Chrysler 300s, screen going insane.
2017 chrysler 300s screen gojng absolutely nuts after about an hour of driving, messes with the ac, starts navigation on its own, blasts the heat, pretty much changes everything, im pretty sure its from delamination but could it also be a software issue???

Hi @ChryslerCares, since we're all having this same issue, maybe you all would be kind enough to publish some information on how us car owners can get the problems with uconnect touchscreen rectified? seems pretty inefficient for you to take on the task of explaining it to all of us individually.

I have a 2018 300s that I purchased in October. This morning the touchscreen stopped responding to touch. I am not able to touch any commands on the screen. I can navigate in the radio using voice, but no touch is working. I was able to connect to car play and control the song (fast forward, rewind, and play/pause) I am not able to go into to the menu by touch, or control the phone/ radio. I called uConnect and of course their response was take it to the dealership. This is extremely annoying because as you all know most, if not all of the vehicles controls rely on the ability to use the touch screen. I am wondering if there is a way to soft/ hard reboot the system without using touch. I tried to use voice commands but nothing. I went on youtube to find some videos and nothing worked. Any advice would be helpful. Going to any Chrysler dealership is a hassle and as it stands attempting to book an online appointment with my purchase dealer has me waiting until a week out for help with this. Please advise.
I am having this same issue. I just want my radio to work properly. Please advise

I had same problem. It’s a delaminating problem. Found a company called OEMGPSNAV. (916) 205-7581 Company actually located in the Sacramento California area. Great guy. Installed new screen for $400. Works...

Delaminating Touchscreen 2017 300S
I have been dealing with the Delaminating touchscreen on my 2017 300S for over a year now...no aftermarket fixes have worked. All new radio is several $1000 dollars to replace.... unfortunately the car is my least favorite to drive now...
